Secure your truck
To lock in your truck and begin the shipping process, we ask for full payment by bank wire transfer to our designated corporate account. Your payment details are handled with strict confidentiality.
Your payment stays in trust
Your money is held securely in trust until the truck is in your hands and you have had a full 10 business days to inspect it. You are financially protected through the whole transaction.
Receive and inspect
When the truck arrives, take your time. You have 10 business days — with temporary plates — to inspect it, test drive it, and confirm it matches what we described on the website.
Satisfaction guaranteed
If the truck does not meet your expectations, send it back at our expense. We handle pickup and return shipping, and your refund is processed within 24 hours — no hassle.
Finalize the paperwork
Happy with the truck? Let us know and we move forward: sign the bill of sale and title transfer, and sending us copies speeds up the release of funds from the trust account.
